Below are the verses used to provide evidence for the Quran claiming it answers all questions in a detailed manner.

We have sent down to thee Manifest Signs [ayat]; and none reject them but those who are perverse. (2:99)

Thus do We explain the signs in detail: that the way of the sinners may be shown up. (6:55)

Say: Who hath forbidden the beautiful [gifts] of Allah, which He hath produced for His servants, and the things, clean and pure, [which He hath provided] for sustenance? Say: They are, in the life of this world, for those who believe, [and] purely for them on the Day of Judgment. Thus do We explain the signs in detail for those who understand. (7:32)

For We had certainly sent unto them a Book, based on knowledge, which We explained in detail,- a guide and a mercy to all who believe. (7:52)

Thus do We explain the signs in detail; and perchance they may turn [unto Us]. (7:174)

But [even so], if they repent, establish regular prayers, and practise regular charity,- they are your brethren in Faith: [thus] do We explain the Signs in detail, for those who understand. (9:11)

This Qur’an is not such as can be produced by other than Allah; on the contrary it is a confirmation of [revelations] that went before it, and a fuller explanation of the Book - wherein there is no doubt - from the Lord of the worlds. (10:37)

The likeness of the life of the present is as the rain which We send down from the skies: by its mingling arises the produce of the earth- which provides food for men and animals: [It grows] till the earth is clad with its golden ornaments and is decked out [in beauty]: the people to whom it belongs think they have all powers of disposal over it: There reaches it Our command by night or by day, and We make it like a harvest clean-mown, as if it had not flourished only the day before! thus do We explain the Signs in detail for those who reflect. (10:24)

There is, in their stories, instruction for men endued with understanding. It is not a tale invented, but a confirmation of what went before it,- a detailed exposition of all things, and a guide and a mercy to any such as believe. (12:111)

Allah is He Who raised the heavens without any pillars that ye can see; is firmly established on the throne [of authority]; He has subjected the sun and the moon [to his Law]! Each one runs [its course] for a term appointed. He doth regulate all affairs, explaining the signs in detail, that ye may believe with certainty in the meeting with your Lord. (13:2)

It brings forth its fruit at all times, by the leave of its Lord. So Allah sets forth parables for men, in order that they may receive admonition. (14:25)

One day We shall raise from all Peoples a witness against them, from amongst themselves: and We shall bring thee as a witness against these [thy people]: and We have sent down to thee the Book explaining all things, a Guide, a Mercy, and Glad Tidings to Muslims. (16:89)

We have made the Night and the Day as two [of Our] Signs: the Sign of the Night have We obscured, while the Sign of the Day We have made to enlighten you; that ye may seek bounty from your Lord, and that ye may know the number and count of the years: all things have We explained in detail. (17:12)

We have explained in detail in this Qur’an, for the benefit of mankind, every kind of similitude: but man is, in most things, contentious. (18:54)

Never did We send a messenger or a prophet before thee, but, when he framed a desire, Satan threw some [vanity] into his desire: but Allah will cancel anything [vain] that Satan throws in, and Allah will confirm [and establish] His Signs: for Allah is full of Knowledge and Wisdom: (22:52)

And no question do they bring to thee but We reveal to thee the truth and the best explanation [thereof]. (25:33)

He does propound to you a similitude from your own [experience]: do ye have partners among those whom your right hands possess, to share as equals in the wealth We have bestowed on you? Do ye fear them as ye fear each other? Thus do we explain the Signs in detail to a people that understand. (30:28)

A Book, whereof the verses are explained in detail;- a Qur’an in Arabic, for people who understand;- (41:3)

Those who pervert the Truth in Our Signs are not hidden from Us. Which is better?- he that is cast into the Fire, or he that comes safe through, on the Day of Judgment? Do what ye will: verily He seeth [clearly] all that ye do. (41:40)

Nay more, it is for Us to explain it [and make it clear]: (75:19)

An Messenger, who rehearses to you the Signs of Allah containing clear explanations, that he may lead forth those who believe and do righteous deeds from the depths of Darkness into Light. And those who believe in Allah and work righteousness, He will admit to Gardens beneath which Rivers flow, to dwell therein for ever: Allah has indeed granted for them a most excellent Provision. (65:11)
